Mansory Carbon Fiber Body kit set for Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII

MANSORY Bushukan — the carbon programme for the Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII

The Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII launched in 2017 as the eighth generation of the Phantom — the first model on the all-aluminium "Architecture of Luxury" platform that now underpins the Cullinan and the Spectre. V12 6.75 twin-turbo, 563 PS, standard wheelbase and EWB long wheelbase, hand-built at Goodwood. Mansory's response is a family of OEM-restraint carbon programmes rather than a widebody build: Bushukan (the signature programme, often delivered in dual-tone Bushukan-yellow and black), Linea Nera (black-on-black) and Conquistador (the most aggressive of the three). All three share the same underlying carbon body kit — only the paint, interior and detail finishes change.

This page covers the Phantom VIII Standard Wheelbase and Extended Wheelbase (EWB) configurations. For the SUV stablemate see the Mansory programme for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

What's included in the Phantom VIII body kit

The kit is supplied as a coordinated carbon programme rather than a loose set of panels. Each component has been engineered against the original Phantom VIII body, so the seams sit flush with the OEM aluminium and the car keeps its factory-Rolls presence rather than reading as a tuner build.

Front:

  • Front bumper in carbon, redrawing the lower intakes and the splitter
  • Front fenders in carbon, with subtle aero detail
  • Engine bonnet (front bonnet) in forged carbon
  • Bar for the engine bonnet — the signature Mansory detail across the front of the bonnet
  • Mirror covers in forged carbon (included in some Bushukan / Conquistador sets)
  • Spirit of Ecstasy surround in carbon

Sides:

  • Side skirts lip in carbon — short version for the Standard Wheelbase, long version for the EWB
  • Carbon door trims and lower side accents

Rear:

  • Rear bumper in carbon, with redrawn diffuser geometry
  • Rear decklid spoiler in forged carbon
  • Optional Mansory exhaust system, replacing the factory tip layout

Cabin & details:

  • Carbon interior trim package available as a standalone configuration
  • Mansory Bushukan / Linea Nera / Conquistador paint and leather programmes

Materials & construction

Every visible-fibre component is autoclave-cured forged carbon, primed without clear coat in the signature Mansory raw-weave finish — glossy as standard, matte on request. The Phantom VIII programme is positioned as an OEM-restraint carbon build rather than a widebody. There are no fender flares: the donor car's track stays at factory width, and the body language reinforces the Phantom's cathedral-like proportions instead of reshaping them. Hidden mounting flanges are reinforced FRP for daily-driver durability, and the kit can be removed and the original Phantom VIII body restored if the car is ever moved on.

Wheels & performance options

Mansory pairs the Phantom VIII programme with one-piece 24" multi-spoke forged aluminium wheels, with carbon-element finishes available. Custom sizes can be specified for owners who want to step up further or run a specific tyre profile. See the Hodoor forged wheels collection for current finishes; we configure offsets per car to clear the Phantom's brake calipers and air-suspension geometry.

On the engine side, V12 6.75 TT power upgrades are available via Mansory's performance programme. The factory Phantom produces 563 PS / 900 Nm — the Mansory tune lifts that figure via ECU recalibration and the optional sport exhaust. The intent is unhurried torque rather than chasing acceleration figures: a Phantom is not a track car. Discuss exact spec at order stage.

Fitment & installation

The kit is engineered against the Phantom VIII family and fits both the Standard Wheelbase (2017+) and the Extended Wheelbase EWB. The EWB uses the long-version side-skirt lip; everything else carries across. Install time at a trained body shop is under 8 hours for the carbon body programme, plus paint-prep on the panels you choose to colour-match. No permanent cuts to the aluminium structure, no welding — the kit is bonded and fastened against the OEM body and can be removed cleanly.

How this kit compares to other Mansory Rolls-Royce programmes

Mansory has built carbon programmes for every Rolls-Royce platform of the last twenty years. The Phantom VIII programme is the flagship of that lineup:

Why upgrade your Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII

Three things change when the Mansory programme goes on a Phantom VIII. First, the front: the redrawn carbon bumper, bonnet bar and Spirit of Ecstasy surround give the car a single coordinated visual signature — something the factory Phantom, by design, does not do. Second, the wheels: 24" multi-spoke forged wheels reset the proportion under the wheel arch and turn the Phantom into the most-photographed Rolls in the room. Third, exclusivity. The Phantom VIII is already a small-volume car, but a full Bushukan or Conquistador build with custom-trim leather and the V12 power option is a configuration that sees three or four examples in the world per year.

FAQ

Will the kit fit my Phantom VIII Standard Wheelbase and EWB?
Yes — the programme is published as a Phantom VIII-family kit. The Standard Wheelbase and the Extended Wheelbase (EWB) both fit the same front, rear and bonnet panels; the EWB uses the long-version side-skirt lip. We confirm SKUs against your VIN before shipping.

Is this kit a widebody?
No. The Phantom VIII programme is an OEM-restraint carbon build with no fender flares — the donor car's track stays at factory width. If you want widebody Mansory work on a Rolls SUV see the Cullinan programme.

What is the difference between Bushukan, Linea Nera and Conquistador?
All three share the same underlying carbon body kit. Bushukan is the signature dual-tone (typically Bushukan-yellow + black), Linea Nera is black-on-black, and Conquistador is the most aggressive of the three with the heaviest carbon and trim spec. The base body panels are the same — the paint, leather and detail finishes change.

Forged carbon vs FRP — what is the difference?
Forged carbon costs more, shows the signature Mansory raw-weave under primer, and is how most Bushukan and Conquistador builds leave the shop. FRP is paint-only, lighter on the wallet, and the right choice if you are colour-matching every panel anyway.

Can I order single Phantom VIII parts?
Yes. Every item — front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts lip, engine bonnet, bonnet bar, decklid spoiler, mirror covers, Spirit of Ecstasy surround, exhaust system — is available as a standalone SKU.

What wheel options work with the kit?
Mansory's 24" multi-spoke forged wheels are the reference fitment. Most forged wheels in the Hodoor forged wheels collection can be configured for the Phantom VIII's bolt pattern and the air-suspension geometry.
